Hi.
Do you print small stainless steel appliances?
Need to be biocompatible ( non harmful for people) as need to be in patient mouth.
I’m small orthodontic laboratory and looking someone able to metal 3d printing.
i am looking to get a protype built, i need it to be similar to my model in this youtube video. But it will have only 4 outer generators. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enoHF0q6ifk
So we have a bottom plate that will house 4 small generators 26mm diameter, 10mm holes for each shaft 1 from centre then 3 in each direction (North, south, East and West)
a top plate to mirror the bottom which are shown as transparent in the video.
the gears are two sizes one about 10mm 10 teeth and the other 50mm (50-60 Teeth) .
I can only give basic level drawings as i do not use cad. But before doing that, could you give any idea on costing for a 1st off prototype please?
the material doesn’t matter, plastic printed, wood etc.
the gears (ideally brass) and pitch between holes would depend on exact gears used.
