by how much do i reduce the cost by reducing the thickness of the material to 1 mm and the size by about half on a quote i just sent, any suggestions on how i can reduce the costs, it’s a product awaiting massive production so my team will be grateful if you help with this information

Reducing the thickness of the material to 1mm won’t affect a lot the pricing but the size cut by half can indeed change a lot.
Depending on your design, if the parts are very simple, the price will be very attractive.
