Our rapid prototyping technologies
This rapid prototyping process is the most commonly used for the unit production of complex shapes, and often allows the visual validation of concepts. The part is produced by the addition of successive layers of a photosensitive epoxy resin hardened by an ultraviolet laser (polymerisation).
This is a rapid prototyping method with the removal of material. On a milling machine with 3 or 5 axes, the plastic part is machined in the mass of a thermoplastic block. The plastic prototype obtained by 3D machining has mechanical properties very similar to the injection-molded part.
From a master model obtained by SLA or plastic CNC machining, the silicone mold is created. The plastic material is then cast under low pressure to allow duplication in small series.
After the manufacture of an aluminum prototype mold, the plastic resin is injected under high pressure. This method, similar to plastic injection, is the most effective of the 3D rapid prototyping technologies. It allows parts to be obtained in the real material with identical mechanical properties to series parts. It is also ideally suited to the production of small series (several hundred parts).

היי אני רוצה ליצר כמה צעצועים קטנים איך אני עושה זאת וכמה יעלה לי ואיפה אתם נמצאים
Hello,
Thanks for your comment,
In order to produce parts like small toy, we would require to receive the 3D files of the part you would like to produce.
Please share with us 3D drawings (under STEP format) that we can get going.
Looking forward to hear from you,
The Prototech team
Just started looking for a company to build me some prototypes of my product I have patent designs could you do this and how would I start?
Hi Daniel,
Many thanks for your comment,
In order to produce your parts, we will require to first receive the 3D drawings of the parts and your requirements. We will first analyze it and provide you a quote.
Then if the solution is fitting you, we can get the production going.
Looking forward to hear from you,
have a great day !
The Prototech team
I would like to talk to someone about my prototype and sending my 3D cams and illustrations. Could you call me?
Dear Daniel,
Thanks for the comment.
One project manager will email you to contact you shortly and discuss about your prototyping projet.

I’m looking for a working prototype of a tool that I designed please let me know what is needed to make this happen. Thanks in advance
Dear LaToddra,
Many thanks for your comment,
In order to produce your prototype, we require to receive your 3D drawings and analyze it to confirm production. Then you provide us your requirements with materials and finishing and we can produce it for you.
Looking forward for your project,
The PRototech Team
