Choose us for your CNC rapid prototyping projects
3D files format: our software equipment is able to read the following industrial and design formats, stp, step, stl, igs and dwg. When it comes to production, we do need stp and igs formats.
Equipment: we own 5 machining centers, and accessories to apply to finish. We do also have the means to complete quality control of the parts after production.
Prototype materials: our workshop offers the main plastic families such as ABS, PC, PMMA… Thus, we can do transparent parts and meet various mechanical and chemical constraints. We are able to offer parts resisting to a chemical agent, friction or abrasion.
Projects: thanks to the use of the real material and of high-quality finishing we offer visual and functional parts. Moreover, our materials may comply with numerous norms and technical standards such as food-grade or flame resistance.
Post-machining finish treatments: sandblasting/mate finishing to obtain textured surface (translucent on clear parts), soft-touch for rubber rendering, mirror finish to manufacture transparent parts…
Lead time: once we launch the production, you will receive your parts within 1 or 2 weeks depending on the project complexity.
Additional services for custom CNC machining
We offer adapted solutions to manufacture tailored parts, beginning with drawings analysis. Our design team will reverse engineer your 3D files to figure out the feasibility of the parts. From your 3D drawings, our workshop is capable of manufacturing the parts and if you don’t possess any, we may launch the production in some cases with 2D drawings or make the 3D files ourselves.
This operation requires the use of a sample to modelize the part’s shapes. We can also “repair” 3d files in some circumstances. Our workshop is used to provide additional services, such as assembly and welding, albeit the latter been used as assistance. Apart from the production, we do also ensure services like packing and shipping of goods directly to your office.

Are the parts inspected after production? As my parts are functionally critical, I need to make sure that I will be using the prototype I received

Yes, we provide quality inspection in post-production and before shipment. We will discuss with you and internally to analyze your parts and double check the critical parts. In some cases, customers provide a testing instrument that confirms the functionality of the parts.

We produce with high quality material both with CNC and vacuum mold casting, so the deciding factor is what quantity do you want? We have great renderings with PU PC/PMMA materials.
