In 2023, Prototech’s management decided to make a major investment to boost our production capacity. We are delighted to announce the extension of our workshop, which will now cover an area measuring 1300 m2.

Introducing our Workshop

Our workshop recently underwent an expansion, allowing us to significantly increase our abilities in terms of on-demand production and prototyping. As a testament to our commitment to excellence, we have leveraged technologies that will allow us to streamline processes and improve precision.

New Production Capabilities for Prototyping

4-Axis CNC Machine

The installation of two 4-axis CNC machines enables us to shape complex plastic or metal components with greater precision, even pushing limits to H7 on several sides.

Vacuum Casting Equipment

Central to our success is our expertise in vacuum casting, now further strengthened by the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment:

Advantages:

• Each pipe can hold up to 20 kg of raw materials.
• It features a double-pump system for faster degassing and reducing air bubbles.
• It can produce large components (maximum mold size: P2000 * L1200 * H1000)

3D Printers (for Plastic and Metal Components)

In addition to traditional methods such as SLS, SLA, and FDM, our workshop is fitted with 3D printers capable of producing plastic and metal components from a variety of materials.

Rooms Dedicated to Surface Treatment

Dedicated areas for painting, polishing, and other surface treatments highlight our commitment to delivering impeccable finishes. To comply with European standards, we use reputable paints and adapt to specific requirements such as EMI shielding and anti-alcohol coatings.
