Example 1: Plastic case made by vacuum casting, in material of similar ABS tinted in black, and overmolding with shore material for the button. Production of 200 sets for final use,

Example 2: Plastic case made by vacuum casting, in material of similar ABS tinted in blue, and overmolding with shore material in black.  Low volume production of 50 sets.

• Thermoplastic injection / injection molding with prototype mold for small and medium series,

Example: Plastic case made by plastic injection, material of PA (nylon), and overmoulding with TPU material in red. Low volume production of final pieces, 200 sets.

• Sheet metal work / realization of boxes by forming and machining operations,

Example: Front of box made by forming and welding, bonding one PMMA plate with black paint.

• Finishing / in order to obtain the aspect you wish or to personalize your case to your colors, it is possible to bring him various finishes: classic painting, brilliant painting or ‘soft touch’, marking logo, chroming, laser engraving etc.

Once the prototype of your plastic or metal case has been produced, we carry out a quality control of the assemblies or sub-assemblies before sending the molded parts. You will first receive a visual by email and then the part resulting from the manufacturing of your plastic or metal case within a few days.
