Machining of a small series of functional parts for the sports sector and designed for outdoor end use. The set consists of two machined parts in ABS (orange paint) and two machined aluminum support parts (matte black paint). We realized and validated the assembly before sending it to our client.

Aluminium machining & Teflon coating

Aluminium machining of a unitary part for food end use. A Teflon coating was applied to it. The size of each mold cavity was meticulously controlled. Several color tests were carried out, we validated the green color with a polished-clean finish.

These metal parts require da very high level of quality in appearance; we applied a light layer of sand-blasting. A slightly more precise tolerance level was required to ensure the functionality of the parts.
